Without the code from your letter we cannot confirm you own this lot. You can still register, and the Board will verify you against the deed record before your account is activated.
Your signed registration for {{ pendAddr }} has been filed and is complete. Because it was submitted without a lot code, an administrator must confirm you against the deed record before member access opens.
If {{ linkEmail }} has a portal account, a {{ linkNoun }} is on its way. The link works once and expires in 15 minutes.
A long phrase is easier to remember than a short, complex password. Saving a new password signs out your other devices.

Board accounts can see owner records and payments, so they need a second step at sign-in. Use any authenticator app: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password or Authy.
If you lose your phone, each of these codes signs you in once. Store them somewhere other than your phone. This is the only time they are shown.
After 5 incorrect passwords, sign in pauses for 15 minutes to protect your account. You can still sign in with an email link now, or reset your password.

This registration record collects the ownership, household, vehicle and pet information the Association is required to maintain, and records your acknowledgment of the amended and restated covenants effective February 2026.
Vehicles regularly parked at the property. Parking records help the Community Standards Committee resolve street-parking and abandoned-vehicle reports.
You control what other residents can see. Nothing is published unless you opt in, and you can change these settings at any time from your profile.
Review your record, then sign. A copy is emailed to you from welcome@pantherridge.live and filed with the Association.
Every person named on the deed is an owner of record. Each co-owner registers separately with the same lot code and signs their own acknowledgment. List them here so the lot file expects them.
Adults and minors living at the property who are not owners of record. Household members do not sign the registration and do not get portal accounts unless you grant one.
Dogs, cats and other animals kept at the property. Shelby County licensing and current rabies vaccination are required; the leash law applies throughout the community.
Read and acknowledge each item. These acknowledgments, with your signature on the next screens, form the binding record the Association retains.
Two policies carry their own acknowledgment because they generate most of the community's enforcement activity.
Panther Ridge's governing documents establish the shared standards that support a well-maintained, welcoming community. They guide the Association's operations, define homeowner responsibilities, and help preserve the neighborhood's character and long-term property values.
We encourage all homeowners, whether newly arrived or long established, to review these documents and understand their responsibilities as members of the Panther Ridge Community Association.
Before beginning a project subject to architectural review, review the ARC Guidelines and complete the ARC Request Form. Submit your application and supporting materials through a support ticket in the resident portal. Please obtain written approval before starting any work that requires authorization. Apply at least thirty days before work begins; the committee decides within thirty days of a complete submission.
